Section 01

Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — dk111's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" — any person who holds a registered account on dk111 or uses the platform.
• "We" / "dk111" — the organisation operating the platform and its representatives.
• "Account" — a single profile registered in the user's name through which services are accessed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — participation in any sporting event, game, or casino product by staking money.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by dk111, usable subject to meeting specified wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process through which we confirm a user's details.

Where masculine language is used, it refers to all genders. Singular terms also include the plural.

Account Registration

Registration Process

To open an account on dk111, you must provide accurate and complete information. The details you submit at registration must be real and your own. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

dk111 may request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include:

• Photo of National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Mobile number verification (OTP)
• Proof of residence if required

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and security codes strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Payment methods currently accepted on dk111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) via any method.

• Deposited funds must come only from your own valid payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Please include the correct transaction reference when making a deposit.
• dk111 does not accept deposits through any method other than mobile banking.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• dk111 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• If the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met, that portion cannot be withdrawn.
• Repeatedly cancelling withdrawal requests may bring the account under review.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members on dk111 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 total must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Taking bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same person or household is prohibited.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are also not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.
• dk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, all bonus funds will be cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that offer's page.

VIP Program

The dk111 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Tiers are upgraded based on user activity.

Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

dk111 offers betting on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets should be placed responsibly and with full awareness.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless dk111 provides a cash-out facility in specific cases.
• Bets placed on abnormal odds or markets resulting from a technical error may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, dk111's own rules will apply to the affected bets.
• Fraudulent activity in betting markets (such as using match-fixing information) is strictly prohibited.

Casino Game Rules

The dk111 casino section offers various games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and bingo. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

• If a connection is lost, the game will resume from where it left off — dk111 is not liable in this situation.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a fault in the game software or server, that round may be voided.
• All winnings are verified by the system before being credited to the balance.

Responsible Gambling

dk111 treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe that while everyone has the right to enjoy entertainment, it should never have a negative impact on their life.

• We offer users the ability to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can request a temporary account lock to take a self-initiated break.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of Terms (false information, multiple accounts, bonus abuse)
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity
• Concerns about money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or court orders
• Failure or non-cooperation in KYC verification
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (as per the inactivity policy)

Account closure by the user

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any verifiable balance before closing your account.

Limitation of Liability

dk111 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, user device problems, or software errors.
• Delays or failures of third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a registered user's account by another person.
• Service interruptions during periods of technical maintenance.
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the user themselves.

dk111's total liability in any case shall not exceed the total value of that specific transaction made by the user.
